I just wanted to inform you that shortly after my mother’s home was treated on Monday she sounded like a different person. That is directly attributed to the group of gentlemen that went out and not only treated her residence but provided her with stellar customer service! My mother spent the entire weekend anxious and going through a roller coaster of emotions. When Don, Julio, and Jason arrived they really eased her mind and put her fears to rest. They took their time to assure her that they were going to do the best job possible and took their time to address her concerns. My mom is a woman in her 60’s partially disabled and loquacious. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they treated her home; but especially the compassion they gave to my mom. My mom requested if they can come back, and do the second treatment if and when your office determine they are ready. I fully intend on informing my organization of the experience I had (which was excellent) and my mothers experience.

We wanted to take the time to acknowledge the team of employees who performed their services in rectifying a very difficult situation for us. The professionalism, knowledge, and especially the concern that your employees exhibited to us as greatly appreciated. I am writing to sing the praises of your Entomologist Field Supervisor. His professionalism, scientific background, obvious command of the state of the art information concerning the eradication of bed bugs, patience and honesty were a ray of bright light during a very stressful situation.
Like most of your clients, I called your company seeking answers to my questions concerning how to prevent bed bugs. As opposed to other companies I spoke to, your supervisor gave straight forward, consistent explanations and took the time to insure that I was confident in the process. After speaking to him on the phone, I knew that your company was the one I would work with. Not only did he explain all of the steps of the process to me clearly, he took pictures of the process and had them sent to me contemporaneously so that I could be assured that the services I purchased were truly the services I received. This was extremely important to me as I had heard directly from other exterminating companies that this was often not the case. Your supervisor always returned my calls promptly, coordinated my services with the delivery companies and followed through in every respect.
You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee. I want to thank your inspector for coming to our apartment on Saturday morning to inspect a potential bed bug scare.
When my wife and I thought we saw a bedbug at 4 am early Saturday, we called Bell Environmental immediately. By 9:30, your customer service representative Shannon had called me back and could not have been more accommodating in calming my nerves and describing the options for treatment and the process around it. I know that you were finishing up at a client site in the city but when you heard about our scare, you came right over. You couldn’t have been more professional and assuring.
